We used pre-configured data pipelines and frameworks, allowing the entire analysis to be operational in a secure cloud environment within days, with no impact on the client’s internal resources
The analysis began with a deep dive into the Accounts Payable Finance data, leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms to generate a highly accurate cost heat map. This enabled the prioritisation of opportunities, facilitating the rapid identification of the most attractive efficiencies, categorised by supplier, rationale, amount, and date
An attached analytics engine provided comparative analysis across multiple suppliers, incorporating external benchmarks to further enhance decision-making

A new, automated algorithmic classification model was developed to streamline IT supply chain cost management. This solution enables direct matching of Accounts Payable ledger data with IT consumption data, significantly improving ongoing cost control capabilities. Additionally, interactive user dashboards were implemented to provide real-time insights and support decision-making.
